Absolute Auto has helped me a lot from building my credit to showing they actually care about the people they serve. I was out of work for a month and they had helped me by understanding what I was going through and helped me work out a plan to catch back up on my payments. I love the car I am in and soon I will be able to trade it in for a newer one one my lease is up. The staff is always friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have. When I had trouble with my car and I would call up RJ one of the staff there he would get me set up with an appointment around my schedule or set me up with a loaner until my car was fixed. I love this place.

I was having the day from hell, my car broke down, in their parking lot. It was almost 90 degrees outside. Nothing was going right. However, the staff was EXTREMELY nice to me. Sadly, they were unable to fix my car bc their service dept. was BOOKED solidly, for 2 weeks. A sales person, Dana , kindly allowed my companion and I to take refuge from the heat in the nicely air conditioned waiting area. They provided cold water for us and were all very convivial. Dana took the time to have my car jump started TWICE, prior to having a tow truck come for the car. He visited with my friend and I, helping to keep me calm in a very stressful situation. From what I saw, I give them a 5. If I buy another car, down the line, I will go there because they seem honest and genuinely NICE.
