Got my truck today from this dealership & I must say I'm very happy with the purchase, very happy with the service. It may be a drive from Amsterdam but well worth it. Stop in & you wont be disappointed I know im not

Only gave 1 star because I had to, otherwise no stars. This is by far the worst place to ever purchase/lease a vehicle. I traveled 2 hours to see a particular car that I told them I was coming to see, conveniently the car just sold before I got there but of course they wanted to do an upsell on a more expensive car. First red flag but I knew the game (oldest trick in the book) and still proceeded. When I drove the car I told them it needed brakes all the way around, they said ok, I emailed to confirm they were done and Tess said they were all brand new. I went back to get the car late in the day and Tess had to run out to register it while I waited, she asked Dana to do the paperwork with me. I sat there while he was on the phone, other customers came in and were waiting, he came out and I asked him to go over the paperwork and he said Tess would and called the customers into his office, that was the second red flag. I drove away and the brakes were not done, I called and RJ tells me they did the back breaks and "turned the rotors" nobody turns rotors anymore, I told him the front brakes needed to be replaced and the back breaks were not acceptable. Went back in and had this done. Then it needed tires, part of the worry free service deal, I called to make that appointment, 4 hours to put on tires, where in the world does it take 4 hours to do tires?? (And just so you are fully aware, they put on the cheapest tires they can find). Of course, no loaner car-say they have loaners but they NEVER had a loaner. Before this appointment the car started to not start in park, had to put it in neutral to start it. I called and told them this needed to be taken care of while I was there. I sat there for 2 hours and finally a friend came to pick me up, I called 3 hours later and the car wasn't done, they were waiting on a part. Common sense is to look at the problem first to see what is needed so you can get the part there while you're doing the 4 hour tire job, but that was expecting too much on my end. I couldn't wait any longer, 5 hours had gone by at this point, told them to get it ready I needed to pick it up. Long story short, I went back 4 more times to get the problem fixed with the car not starting, said they fixed it and it was never fixed. I tried to discuss it with RJ but he is rude, doesn't have any customer service skills and just doesn't care. I called to talk to Dana several times about this problem as well and the issue of never having a loaner car and having to sit there for hours, by the last call I made to him I was told that he was on another call with someone else and then had something important to do so he would try to call me back...Really? He never called that day or any day after. You should also know that when you do the lease deal, they don't tell you that you have to pay in every month for over mileage, it isn't like a legitimate lease where you pay at the end of the lease. 20 red flags later I had enough of this place and brought the car back to them. This is not a "worry free wheels" deal, this is a scam, they get you to pay for an overpriced car and contract to do service work with a small deductible but they don't honor the contract and will run you around to avoid it. The only positive thing I have to say is that the women in the office are nice, its too bad they are associated with this place. I would not recommend anyone ever going to there, and if you do, well then you know what you are in for-good luck.

This place was great, tessa was an awesome saleswoman. Not pushy, but knew exactly what to offer us, and the GM (Dana) came out and spoke with us. An amazing small group of people. Cant wait to get our altima. I highly recommend this place

Seen their adds online when I was looking for a commuter car to keep miles low on our other vehicles so I put an inquiry in seeing as the down payment they had listed in their add was a reasonable amount the lady from the dealership emails me with a totally different amount for the down payment saying the one listed was going through a bank not in-house..going through a bank is not something we wanted to do for a commuter vehicle so I politely declined..they’re adds are misleading and I feel if you can’t even be straight forward about a simple down payment at a buy here pay here then how honest and up front are you doing business in general??they just rubbed me the wrong way
